Starting at a new college can be confusing but it doesn’t have to be! We are here along every step of the way to ensure that your powerful future is off to the right start. Just review the simple checklist below to get started:

Submit Proof of Immunization: Who must submit proof of immunization?

  • All full-time students (12 credits or more) under 30 years of age
  • All part-time and full-time health science students
  • Any full or part-time students while on student or other visa, including foreign exchange students attending or visiting classes as part of an academic visitation or exchange program are required to provide immunizations records.

For forms and instructions visit: Student Immunization Records

COVID-19 Vaccine Update: Starting January 2022 all students that plan on taking classes in-person, or intend on using in-person support services, must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. For the full policy, please visit: MA COVID-19 Vaccine Policy
