The Department of Arts & Communication offers both in-person and online courses throughout the year in: Art, Communication, Dance, Film, Music, Radio and Theater.

Associate in Arts: Communication
This concentration offers a sequence of courses providing a flexible background for students who plan to transfer to a four-year college or unversity with a strong liberal arts foundation in the communication field.
Associate in Arts: Graphic Design
The Graphic Design concentration provides foundation courses needed for transfer. This concentration is a MassTransfer eligible concentration, providing transfer opportunities within the Massachusetts Public Higher Education system.
Associate in Arts: Media Studies
This concentration provides flexibility by providing fundamental courses that result in a solid foundation for transfer to a four-year institution. Alternatively, it is a skills oriented degree designed to improve the student's skill and ability to operate broadcast technology in a professional setting.
Associate in Arts: Performing Arts
This concentration offers instruction in theory, practice and history. These three areas of study provide the foundation needed to begin a career in the performing arts or to prepare for admission to a four-year college or university music, theater, dance or performance studies program.
Associate in Arts: Visual Arts
This concentration provides necessary fundamental courses resulting in a quality portfolio of artwork ready for transfer. This concentration is a MassTransfer elibible concentration, providing transfer opportunities within the Massachusetts Public Higher Education system.
Certificate: Social Media & Digital Marketing
Students gain skills and knowledge in social media marketing and communications theory and applications. A certificate in Social Media and Digital Marketing serves as an opening to businesses needing employees trained in the use of digital media platforms for marketing and communications purposes.
