This admissions policy does not apply to the Dental Hygiene, Medical Assisting, Medical Interpreter, Diagnostic Technician, Paramedic or Nursing programs, nor does it apply to international applicants.

At Cape Cod Community College we work diligently to make education affordable for all. We offer a variety of payment and financial aid options for which you may qualify and we encourage you to explore all of these with our Financial Aid staff. Through the Cape Cod Community College Educational Foundation, and through the generosity of many local and national organizations, scholarships are awarded based on a number of different criteria. Again, we encourage your exploration of these possibilities.

Skills assessments must be taken by students enrolling in Accounting, English Composition, Mathematics or Science courses and any other course with a prerequisite requirement. Exceptions will be made for students who have successfully completed comparable college courses and have their transfer credits on file at the Registrar's Office.
ACCUPLACER® tests are administered to assist you in identifying your academic strengths and weaknesses in English Composition, Reading Comprehension, and Mathematics. Your results will help to determine the appropriate course level so that you can enhance your success at Cape Cod Community College.
To help you prepare for these tests, the Testing Center offers Mathematics and English workshops. For availability of scheduled workshops, see: Refresher Workshops
