Friday–Sunday: Closed

Recent updates include the addition of 6 new cardio machines, new dumbbells, and 2 new Olympic benches.

Remember: Participation in any of our programs requires completion of a Membership Agreement and Acknowledgement of Risk FormPDF document and a valid 4Cs ID.

Group Exercise

All group exercises are drop-in. No preregistration required! Meet in the Fitness Center with your valid 4Cs ID each time you attend class.

*Note: Monthly clinics will change each month. Have an idea for a future clinic? Stop by the front desk to share it.

Class Days Time
Interval Training Tuesday & Thursday 12:15–1:00pm
Class Description: Interval training is a quick, effective way to train that builds stamina and strength. It’s also a great way to relieve stress as we approach the end of the semester! All abilities welcome.
