Remember: Participation in any of our programs requires completion of a Membership Agreement and Acknowledgement of Risk Form and a valid 4Cs ID.
All group exercises are drop-in. No preregistration required! Meet in the Fitness Center with your valid 4Cs ID each time you attend class.

|Interval Training||Tuesday & Thursday||12:15–1:00pm|
|Class Description: Interval training is a quick, effective way to train that builds stamina and strength. It’s also a great way to relieve stress as we approach the end of the semester! All abilities welcome.|
