Academic Transcript Requests

Your Cape Cod Community College transcript is the official, permanent record of all undergraduate courses you have taken while attending 4Cs. In accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), your transcript can only be released with your written authorization. 4Cs has partnered with Parchment Digital Credential Service to manage the ordering, processing, and secure delivery of official transcripts.

Current or Former Students and Third Party Accounts

Access Parchment directly to request official academic transcript records. Options for “Hold for Grades” and “Hold for Degree” will be available. Records prior to 1993 may require up to 15 business days to process.

Request an Unofficial Transcript

Current students can obtain an unofficial transcript through My 4Cs. Under Academics, locate and select "Unofficial Transcript."

Unofficial transcript records can be requested by completing, then emailing (or mailing) the Unofficial Transcript Request Form to Unofficial records can be emailed (or USPS mailed) per request. The College will use the email address provided for communication and sending an unofficial record.

Unofficial transcripts are provided free of charge only to the student as long as there are no unmet obligations to the College.

Transcript Ordering Fees

Official transcript requests cost $8.00 per email address requested and $13.00 per USPS address requested, and are payable through Parchment. Paper transcripts to be delivered outside of the USA or via FedEx may incur additional costs at time of order.

Transcript requests cannot be processed for students with an outstanding obligation to the College. The processing and delivery of academic transcript requests may be delayed due to inclement weather or holiday closures. Please plan accordingly.
